Digital Products Are Final Sale
Because every product on The Google Review Method is a digital download delivered instantly (including private supplier links, PDFs, and course materials), all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
When You May Request a Refund
We will consider a full refund within 7 days of purchase in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same product
- The download link or supplier link is broken and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours
- The product was not delivered to your inbox and is not in your spam folder
What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product
- You did not get the results you expected
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email support@gmbmethod.com with your order confirmation, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved quickly via email. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in the loss of access to the product and any future purchases.
